Clean & Reliable is proud to announce our third-year sponsorship of Operation VEST’s Dog Tag Run, a vital community event aimed at tackling the critical issue of veteran suicide. Join us on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at Gardiner County Park, Bay Shore, NY, to make a difference in the lives of our veterans. The Cause:
Every day, more than twenty U.S. veterans lose their lives to suicide, a staggering statistic that reflects the urgent need for support and intervention. Operation VEST is dedicated to eradicating veteran suicide by addressing the unique needs of our veteran population through awareness, support, and alternative healing partnerships. Their mission is not just to support veterans in crisis but to foster a community where mental health is prioritized and stigma is eradicated.

This special event doesn’t just raise awareness and funds; it also brings our community together to protect those who’ve protected us. The race is symbolic of the daily battles our veterans face and underscores our collective commitment to standing with them.
Dog Division: Bring Your Furry Friends!
For the first time, the Dog Tag Run will feature a Dog Division, allowing your furry friends to join in on the fun! All participating dogs will receive a chip-timed bib and, upon finishing, an Operation VEST bandana and dog tag. Remember, all dogs must be accompanied by a registered human and kept on a 6′ leash as per park rules.
Support the Cause:
All proceeds from the Dog Division will benefit Paws of War, an organization supporting veterans and their service animals. To amplify the impact, Operation VEST will triple the total amount raised through this segment of the event!
